1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MindSniper ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. MindSniper is a gesture-based mind mapping tool: you create idea nodes, link them with connection lines, cut unwanted connections with a simple swipe, rearrange ideas freely, style and auto-layout your maps, and export them as images, documents, or structured files.

By using MindSniper, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

MindSniper does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account, and there is no sign-in of any kind (including Apple sign-in).
• We do not use advertising SDKs and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not access your camera, photo library, contacts, location, microphone, or near-field communication (NFC).
• The App does not contact any server for any reason. It works fully offline.
• The optional Motion Effects (Shake to Jiggle / Rotate to Resettle) and the screen-rotation auto-centering use the device's built-in motion and orientation sensors in real time while the map is open. Motion data is processed on the device only — it is never stored in the App, transmitted, or used to identify you, and no system permission is required to use it.

3. Your Mind Maps Are Stored Only on Your Device

All content you create — nodes, text, connections, and map layout — is stored in local files inside the App's private sandbox on your device. Nothing is uploaded, transmitted, or synced to any server, and we cannot see or access your maps.

To help you recover from mistakes, the App keeps automatic version snapshots of each map (the most recent 10 snapshots per map) on your device. App preferences — such as operation mode, colors, appearance, and the optional Restore Last Session setting, which remembers the map you last opened and your view position on it — are stored in your device's standard local preference storage. Like your maps, all of this never leaves your device.

4. Sharing and Exporting

MindSniper can export a map as PNG, PDF, SVG, JSON, OPML, Markdown, or plain text. Exporting always uses the iOS share sheet: you choose the destination (e.g. Files, Mail, AirDrop) and nothing leaves your device except through an action you explicitly take. Exported files are created in the App's temporary storage and are removed automatically.

5. Network Access

MindSniper makes no network connections. The App has no servers, no online features, and no third-party analytics, advertising, or social login services. No data is shared with, or sold to, any third party.

6. Children's Privacy

MindSniper does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App does not require real names, email addresses, or other identifying details to use any feature.

7. Your Rights and Deleting Your Data

Because your data never leaves your device, you are always in full control of it. You can delete a map at any time from the map list in the App, and all data is removed when you uninstall the App. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at daibou007@gmail.com.
