By downloading, installing, or using TelePrompt Live ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
TelePrompt Live does not require you to create a user account. All features are available immediately after installation. Your scripts and preferences are stored locally on your device.
You retain full ownership of all scripts, text, and recordings you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us no rights to this content; it is stored on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
You are solely responsible for the content of your scripts and for backing up any data you wish to preserve. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
The App's Camera Overlay feature uses your device's camera to display your script over a live preview and, optionally, to record video that is saved to your Photos library. You are solely responsible for how you use any recordings you create, including obtaining any necessary consent from people appearing in your recordings.
The App's Remote Control feature uses your local Wi-Fi network and Apple's Multipeer Connectivity and WatchConnectivity frameworks to pair with other devices you own. You are responsible for ensuring you are connecting only to devices you control.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features (including Camera Overlay, Mirror Mode, Remote Control, and unlimited scripts). All purchases are billed and managed through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device's Settings.
All content, design, code, graphics, and functionality of the App, excluding your own scripts and recordings, are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of scripts or recordings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
