By downloading, installing, or using Precise Beat Metronome ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Precise Beat Metronome does not require you to create a user account. The App is a one-time purchase — there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or free trials, and all features are fully unlocked immediately after installation. All data you create (custom presets, sound selections, settings) is stored locally on your device.
When the metronome is running, the App may continue producing audio click sounds after the screen turns off or you switch to another app. This behavior uses Apple's standard background audio API. By using this feature you acknowledge that:
The App offers an optional haptic vibration feature synchronized with the metronome beat. Availability and intensity may vary depending on your device's hardware capabilities.
Precise Beat Metronome is designed for high-precision timing using Apple's display-synchronized timing APIs. While we strive for accurate, consistent timing, we do not guarantee perfect synchronization under all device conditions (e.g., low power mode, background app refresh restrictions, or device hardware limitations).
All content, design, code, graphics, sounds, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
Any custom presets, names, or settings you create within the App remain stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or claim ownership over this locally stored content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Timing accuracy and audio behavior may vary depending on device capabilities and operating conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
