This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Forge Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. PDF Forge Pro is a professional PDF editor that works entirely on your device with no account, no server, and no tracking.

By using PDF Forge Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

PDF Forge Pro does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
We do not use analytics SDKs or track your usage behavior.
We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
We do not upload your documents, signatures, annotations, or any content to any server.

All PDF documents, hand-drawn and typed signatures, annotations (highlights, underlines, strikethroughs, ink drawings, text notes), and app preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

3. Device Permissions

PDF Forge Pro requests the following permissions solely to provide core app functionality:

Camera — Used only to scan physical documents and convert them to PDF files. No photos or video are stored or transmitted beyond the PDF created on your device.
Face ID / Touch ID — Used only for on-device biometric authentication to protect your saved signatures via Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data is processed entirely within Apple's Secure Enclave and never leaves your device.
Photo Library — Used only if you choose to save a scanned PDF to your photo library. We do not read from or access existing photos.

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, or any other device resources beyond those listed above.

4. Data Storage

All data generated or imported by the App is stored exclusively on your device in the following locations:

PDF Documents — Saved to your device's Application Support directory.
Signatures — Encrypted and stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by your biometric authentication settings.
App Preferences — Stored in UserDefaults (theme, biometric toggle, etc.).

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

5. Third-Party Services

PDF Forge Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party. All PDF processing is performed using Apple's built-in PDFKit, Vision, and CryptoKit frameworks.

6. Children's Privacy

PDF Forge Pro does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and is safe for all ages.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and can be removed simply by uninstalling the App.
