By downloading, installing, or using Morse Code Learner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Morse Code Learner does not require you to create a user account. All features are available immediately after installation. All data (learning progress, settings, achievements) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
The App requests camera permission solely to control the device rear flashlight for Morse code signal feedback. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
Morse code is an internationally recognized public domain communication standard. The binary decision-tree algorithm used in this App to teach and visualize Morse code is based on public domain logic. Our original contributions — the App's UI design, code, visual layout, training modes, and achievement system — are protected by copyright.
Morse Code Learner is designed as an educational tool. While we have taken care to ensure the accuracy of the Morse code alphabet and timing presented in the App, we make no warranty that the App is suitable for any specific professional, emergency, or regulatory use of Morse code.
All content, design, code, graphics, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Learning outcomes may vary depending on individual effort and practice frequency.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any learning outcomes or flashlight-related hardware effects, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
