This Privacy Policy describes how MindFluence ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. MindFluence is designed to work entirely on your device — no account, no server, no tracking.
By using MindFluence, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
MindFluence does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
All training sessions, statistics, streak counts, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage (such as UserDefaults or Core Data) and are never transmitted anywhere.
MindFluence does not request any sensitive permissions such as Location, Camera, Microphone, or Contacts. We respect your privacy by never asking for access to data that isn't absolutely necessary for the app to function.
All data generated by the App (including your cognitive performance scores, medals, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your device. It is protected by iOS's built-in Data Protection (encryption at rest). If you back up your device to iCloud, this data may be included in the backup and is end-to-end encrypted by Apple's infrastructure.
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored training data unless it is restored from an iCloud backup.
MindFluence does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.
MindFluence does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe and beneficial for users of all ages.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and you maintain complete control over it.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
