By downloading, installing, or using Magic Pie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal or professional creative purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Magic Pie does not require you to create a user account, and it contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are available immediately after purchase. All data you create (drawings, saved works, preferences, imported music) is stored locally on your device.
You retain full ownership of every drawing, layer, artwork and note you create within the App. All such content is stored locally on your device only; the App does not upload it anywhere, and no license to it is claimed by us.
You are responsible for backing up or exporting any work you wish to preserve. Uninstalling the App, or using Clear All Local Data in Settings, permanently deletes all locally stored drawings and settings.
The App lets you add your own audio files as background music. When you do, the App copies the selected file into its own private storage on your device so it can play offline. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights to any music you import, and for how you use it in anything you export or share.
The App renders your artwork as an MP4 video or PNG image and hands the result to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and you are solely responsible for how exported files are handled, published or shared.
If you tap Save to Photos, iOS asks for add-only access to your photo library so the exported file can be written there. Magic Pie cannot read, browse or modify your existing photos, and you can revoke this permission at any time in the Settings app.
All content, design, code, graphics, audio and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Rendering and export quality may vary depending on device capabilities, available storage and usage patterns.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of artwork, saved works or exported files, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
