By downloading, installing, or using LogicTutor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal learning and educational purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
LogicTutor does not require you to create a user account, and it contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are available immediately after installation. All data you create (formulas, analysis history, exercise records, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
You retain full ownership of every formula, analysis record, exercise result and note you create within the App. All such content is stored locally on your device only; the App does not upload it anywhere, and no license to it is claimed by us.
You are responsible for exporting any work you wish to preserve. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored history, records and settings.
The optional AI natural-language parsing feature is off by default and requires you to supply your own API key for an AI service provider. When you use it, the text you submit is sent directly from your device to the provider you configured; it does not pass through any server operated by us, and we never receive a copy. Your use of any third-party AI service is additionally governed by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.
You are solely responsible for the API key you enter, for the content you submit, and for how you use the resulting output. You may disable the feature or remove your key at any time in Settings → LLM Settings.
LogicTutor is an educational aid for studying propositional logic. It is not a substitute for formal instruction, textbooks, or the guidance of a qualified teacher. The App does not provide professional, academic, or examination advice, and we do not guarantee any learning or examination outcome.
Analysis results, conversions and AI-generated output are provided for learning purposes and may contain errors. You should independently verify any result before relying on it.
The App renders truth tables and analysis results as PDF documents and hands them to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and you are solely responsible for how exported files are handled, published or shared.
All content, design, code, graphics and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Formula parsing, truth-table generation, CNF/DNF conversion and AI output may be inaccurate in some cases, and features may behave differently depending on device capabilities and iOS version.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of analysis history, exercise records or exported files, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
