By downloading, installing, or using Gluco Tracer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Gluco Tracer does not require you to create a user account. All features are available immediately after installation. All data you create (blood glucose records, insulin logs, medication records, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
Gluco Tracer offers a single one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all features permanently. The purchase is a non-consumable product processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:
Gluco Tracer is a general wellness tool designed for recording and tracking blood glucose, insulin, and medication data. The App is not a medical device and does not provide:
All data and statistics presented by the App are for informational and reference purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. Do not make changes to your medication or insulin regimen based solely on App data without consulting your doctor.
Gluco Tracer operates entirely offline. All blood glucose readings, insulin logs, medication records, PDF reports, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. No data is uploaded to any server, shared with any third party, or used for any purpose beyond displaying information to you within the App.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your data. We recommend using iCloud Backup or iTunes/Finder backup to preserve your data when switching devices.
The App uses iOS local notifications for medication and insulin reminders. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no push notification server is involved. By enabling notifications, you acknowledge that:
All content, design, code, graphics, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all health data you record using the App (blood glucose readings, insulin logs, medication records, and notes). By using the App, you grant us a license to store this data locally on your device solely for the purpose of providing App functionality. We do not access, view, or possess your data at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Blood glucose calculations, statistical summaries, and PDF report accuracy depend on the correctness of the data you enter.
Gluco Tracer is not a substitute for professional medical care. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or recorded in the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We specifically disclaim any liability for health outcomes, medical decisions, or treatment adjustments made based on data recorded or displayed in the App.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
