Does Gluco Tracer require an internet connection?
No. Gluco Tracer works completely offline. All calculations, chart rendering, statistics, and PDF generation happen locally on your device. No internet connection is needed for any feature.
Does Gluco Tracer require me to create an account?
No. There is no account system, no registration, and no login. All features are available immediately after installation. Your data belongs to you and stays on your device.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
No. All data is stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage. Gluco Tracer does not use any cloud services, does not upload any data, and does not share information with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What blood glucose unit does the app use?
Gluco Tracer uses mg/dL only, which is the standard unit in the United States. The supported range is 20–600 mg/dL.
Is Gluco Tracer a medical device?
No. Gluco Tracer is a general wellness tool for recording and tracking blood glucose, insulin, and medication data. It does not provide medical diagnosis, disease judgment, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice.
What insulin brands are supported?
The app includes a built-in library of common US insulin brands: Humalog, Novolog, Apidra (Rapid-Acting); Humulin R, Novolin R (Short-Acting); Humulin N, Novolin N (Intermediate-Acting); Lantus, Levemir, Tresiba, Toujeo (Long-Acting).
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchase. The app uses Apple's official restorePurchases API to verify and restore your one-time in-app purchase.
Where is my data stored?
All blood glucose records, insulin logs, medication records, PDF reports, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Reset All Data. A secondary confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental deletion. This action is irreversible.
Does the app support multiple languages?
Gluco Tracer is localized for the United States only and supports American English. Date format is MM/DD/YYYY and time format is 12-hour (hh:mm a).
The app crashed or isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try force-quitting and relaunching the app. If issues persist, please email us at daibou007@gmail.com with details about the problem and your device model & iOS version.
