By downloading, installing, or using DualCast Live ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Daibou007 Team ("we", "us", or "our").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
DualCast Live does not require you to create a user account. All features are available immediately after installation. RTMP server configurations and local recordings you create are stored locally on your device.
The App uses your device camera and microphone to provide a live dual-camera preview, to stream to the RTMP server you configure, and to create local recordings. Denying these permissions will prevent the App from streaming or recording.
The App lets you configure RTMP/RTMPS server addresses and stream keys to broadcast to destinations of your choosing, such as YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live, or your own server. You are solely responsible for the content you stream and for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws of any destination platform you stream to. We do not host, moderate, or control the content delivered to third-party RTMP destinations.
If you choose to save a local recording to the iOS Photos library, the App may request Photos permission (Add-Only). Saving to Photos is optional; the App can store recordings in its internal library without Photos access.
All content, design, code, graphics, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Daibou007 Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. The App incorporates the open-source HaishinKit library, used under its respective license.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the video and audio you capture and stream using the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to capture, stream, and distribute any content you create.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Streaming reliability, latency, and recording quality may vary depending on device capabilities, network conditions, and the receiving RTMP server.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou007 Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss related to a failed or interrupted live stream, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
