1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Concentra ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. Concentra is designed to work entirely on your device — no account, no server, no tracking.

2. Information We Collect

All focus sessions, timer settings, and analytics data are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage (Core Data, UserDefaults) and are never transmitted anywhere.

3. Microphone Permission

Concentra requests access to your device microphone solely for recording custom ambient sounds. All audio recordings are processed and stored locally on your device. Recordings are never uploaded or transmitted to any server. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

4. Apple Music Integration

When you choose to use Apple Music tracks as ambient background sounds, Concentra uses Apple's MusicKit framework to access your personal music library. We only access the specific tracks you select and do not collect any information about your music library or listening habits. All music playback occurs locally on your device through Apple's native media player.

5. Data Storage

All data generated by the App (focus sessions, timer preferences, recordings, analytics) is stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

6. Third-Party Services

Concentra does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

Concentra does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for all ages.

8. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and can be removed simply by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
