3. How the App Works

Beat Forger is a professional-grade metronome that operates entirely on your device:

All audio playback uses pre-loaded sound samples — no network access is required.
Practice session history is stored locally using iOS UserDefaults.
Haptic feedback uses Apple's Core Haptics framework and does not transmit any data.
The App does not request any system permissions (no microphone, camera, location, or network access).

4. Local Data Storage

All data generated by the App is stored exclusively on your device:

Practice Sessions — Practice history including date, duration, and tempo, stored via iOS UserDefaults.
App Preferences — Settings such as theme, sound kit, haptic feedback, and tempo preferences, stored via iOS UserDefaults.

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

5. No Account or Network Activity

Beat Forger does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with any backend server. There is no login, no cloud sync, and no remote storage of any kind.

6. Third-Party Services

Beat Forger does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social login services. No data is shared with any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

Beat Forger does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for all ages.

8. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your device and can be removed simply by uninstalling the App.
