By downloading, installing, or using AI API Switcher ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple Mac device you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Mac App Store Terms of Service.
"Claude Code" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. AI API Switcher is an independent utility tool developed by Daibou Studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
The App allows you to configure local and remote proxies (such as Gost and Claude Code Router). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these proxies and third-party APIs complies with their respective Terms of Service and local laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any configuration loss, data corruption, or API access issues resulting from the use of this tool.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daibou Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
